Things to Do at Church Farm B&B, Shropshire

Stay at Church Farm Bed and Breakfast, Shropshire

B&B 10 minutes to Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site

As well as all the places you could visit in Shropshire during your stay at Church Farm B&B, there's a lot more to do besides. We have made a few suggestions below so you can start to plan how much, or indeed how little, you want to do when you're here.

Things to do during your stay at Church Farm B&B...

Shropshire Shopping

Shopping near Church Farm B&B in Shropshire

Head to Shrewsbury, Shropshire's county town. As well as being famed for its black and white medieval buildings, castle, spires, abbey and parklands, it's also renowned for its independent shops. Navigating the Shuts, Passageways and cobbled streets can almost be as much fun as the shopping!

There's also Ironbridge, just a short drive from Church Farm B&B. Individual shops and galleries (not to mention tea rooms, pubs and quality restaurants) can all be found along the banks of the river.

There are plenty of market towns in Shropshire to tempt you and even our 'Malls' offer a different experience - Shrewsbury's Parade Shopping Centre has 30 independent shops and not a high street name in sight.

Shropshire Food and Drink

Eating out near Church Farm B&B in Shropshire

Church Farm Bed and Breakfast is only a 3 minute walk to Kemberton's village pub.

Church Farm B&B is also a 5-10 minute drive from several other good local pubs and restaurants in Shropshire including The Woodbridge Inn, situated on the banks of the River Severn, just a mile downstream from Ironbridge.

Shropshire is renowned for its local food and the quality of our pubs, inns and restaurants. Take your pick, dining in Ironbridge, Shrewsbury, or Ludlow, to name a few. The county also has more than its fair share of food shops and local independent butchers, bakers, delis and food markets. Perhaps it's no wonder when you notice just how many fields and open spaces there are in Shropshire for growing and grazing local produce.

You could also time your stay at Church Farm B&B with one of Shropshire's many food and drink festivals, from Shrewsbury Food Festival in June to Ludlow Food Festival in September - and there's plenty more in between.
